Southern Style Pit BBQ

I can have food ready for pick-up, cold for reheat as needed, on 8/5/2022 as we are out of town on the 6th.

I may not have enough nesco’s on that date, but can provide 1 or 2, plus a commercial heating unit, basic chaffing dishes with sterno fuel if needed. We can hammer that out as the date approaches.
