21X 250 = $5,250.00 plus tax [ currently 5.5% ] $288.75…Total for 250 guests = $5,538.75
GOOD rough estimate….Buffet style, buns, paper plates, disposable forks, assorted sauces etc.
No cleanup of tables etc.
