       10# chicken pcs

       20# pulled chicken

       Taco shells

          slaw and beans for an additional 80 people

1 - approx. 80 pound hog slow roasted in smoker, plus 2 - 8 pound shoulders [ weights before cooking ]


30# chicken pcs, smoke roasted and sauced.

cole slaw for 100


Cowboy beans for 100 [ have pulled pork and seasonings in them ]


Buns, plates, napkins and forks.


Assorted BBQ sauces


Set-up buffet style, serving from approximately 3pm until 7pm.1135 r o a
